The Center for Advanced Orthotics and Prosthetics believes strongly that every amputee in south-central Pennsylvania receives the best possible care in his/her prosthetic rehabilitation process. This is why we have been actively providing specialized classes for physical therapists with our Prosthetics for Therapists™ series of courses.

These free courses are approved for credit by the Pennsylvania State Board of Physical Therapy. By offering these educational opportunities to our therapy community, and by promoting a team effort throughout the rehabilitation process, we help to en- sure that every amputee receive exemplary service and care, and achieve the best functional outcome possible.

We use the latest technologies in the design and fabrication of your prosthesis or orthotic device, enabling you to optimize your functional outcome and achieve your personal goals.

We offer the "The Center Ring" computerized three dimensional Shape Capture System (CAD, or Computer Aided Design) which allows us to quickly and accurately create a model of your residual limb.

Our practitioners are continually upgrading their knowledge and skills through professional courses and seminars so that we may provide you with the ongoing care and service that you will need. "The Center" has five convenient full service offices throughout south central Pennsylvania located in Lancaster, Mechanicsburg,  Hanover, Harrisburg and York. Office hours are 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend and evening appointments available by special arrangement. Appointments may also be scheduled at hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers to accommodate clients at these facilities. Home visits may also be made for individuals who are homebound.
