The staff of The Center is not only committed to giving clients the best in Prosthetics and Orthotics, but also to giving them the best in service … even after the devices have been delivered and paid for. By keeping our company focused locally, we find we can provide more personalized care. We can concentrate on service and patient care instead of meeting corporate quotas, engaging in big self promotional marketing schemes, or chasing high sales to pay dividends to stockholders. We even chose our office sites with the client in mind, making sure that they were easy to reach, had parking near the door, and had no difficult or long entrances. Our clients become part of our family, and we want every one of them to be successful in meeting their rehab goals.



NATIONAL NETWORK

The Center is part of the largest network of patient care centers with over 1,300 facilities across the United States. If you find yourself away from home or on vacation, and need repairs or adjustments to your prosthesis or brace, just call us and we will be happy to help you locate a facility to take care of your needs. The network includes only O&P facilities proven to provide friendly, high-quality care. We will work together to solve your problem.



SPECIALIZED PATIENT CARE

Different types of problems require specialized and unique solutions. The Center staff maintains the highest level of training to provide specialized care for Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Upper Limb Prosthetics, Lower Limb Prosthetics, Electronic and Computerized Prosthetics, Immediate Post-Operative Prosthetics, Diabetic Foot Management, Spinal Orthotics, Lower Limb Orthotics, and Upper Limb Orthotics. We can also utilize a network of specialists from across the nation for the most complex cases. And, if you would like, we can put you in touch with other clients who have experienced similar loss of limb or function.



HIGHEST STANDARDS OF CARE

Our goal at The Center is to help our clients to regain their highest level of independence and to return to their previous lifestyle as much as is possible. To do this we maintain the most stringent standards of Practitioner Certification, Continuing Education, Facility Accreditation, and patient care policies. We provide O&P Education to physicians, therapists, patients, and the community. We participate in Conferences and Seminars across the United States. Our staff functions as a part of the Rehab Team, and works closely with physicians, therapists, the family, and the patient to optimize the patient’s rehabilitation. We maintain a state-of-the-art lab so we can do our fabrication in-house. The Center uses the fastest, most efficient computerized shape capture and modeling system (CAD) to provide intimate fitting limbs in a patient-friendly manner. Unlike companies with other CAD systems, our practitioners do their own modifying in your presence, and we make our own sockets in-house. No one-type-fits-all devices.



PROPRIETARY TECHNOLOGY

The Center utilizes proprietary technology from around the world. Our practitioners do not have to follow a corporate endorsed design or prescription, but will make decisions based on what will best meet the patient’s needs. We use our knowledge of anatomy, physics, and physiology to provide custom devices to improve a patient’s comfort and function.



REGULATORY MANAGEMENT

Legislation and regulations which affect O&P services are constantly being changed and upgraded. The Center maintains compliance with all such regulations, whether governmental or contractual.
