Marci
A Penn State graduate and former art teacher, Marci received her specialized prosthetic training from the University of Minnesota Medical School. Over the next six years, Marci worked as a prosthetist and orthotist at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, and also earned her Masters of Science Degree. In her spare time, Marci enjoys reading, admiring her garden, photography, and travel. She loves to spoil her two very active cats, and in return, they provide almost non-stop entertainment when she is at home. Phil
Ultimately joining Lloyd-Silber Orthopedics (now known as The Center for Advance Orthotics and Prosthetics) in 1995 and obtaining his orthotic certification through the American Board for Certification in 1996, he has been a fixture in Lancaster County while living in York County. He maintains a busy practice in Lancaster with a strong emphasis on pediatric indications. Phil makes the most of his free time enjoying all that the mid-state has to offer with his wife, Amy, and two lovely daughters. Kevin
He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and working on his home. He also enjoys camping, hiking, fishing and golfing. You might even catch him on stage occasionally dancing with his daughter. Dean
He joined "The Center" as a technician and fabricator of prosthetics and orthotics. Dean enjoys art, and cartooning, pencil and pen/ ink, are his favorites. The outdoors and sports help keep him going. Getting out on the Ol’ Hog is great too. He is a husband and dad of three, with two dogs, so it is definitely not boring around his house. He has learned that when quiet time comes, he just sucks it up and enjoys. Rose
Rose was born in Cadillac, Michigan and lived in Holland, Michigan until 1980, when she permanently moved to Dover, Pennsylvania with her family. She still resides in Dover with her husband, Rick, and three of their six children. They also have two dogs, a Jack Russell named, of course, Jack, and Chassis who is their Shar Pei. Rose also has two cats and five Guinea Hens. When she has spare time, Rose enjoys knitting, sewing and crocheting. Her husband races Sprint cars and Rose spends a lot of time working on the car, and going to race tracks and racing flea markets. She also enjoys driving her Corvette with "Jack" as her companion. Marvin Caraccioli is a board certified orthotist through the American Board for Certification of Orthotist, Prosthetists, and Pedorthists (ABC). Born in Honduras, Marvin moved to New York at the age of ten. After graduating from Aviation High School in Queens, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. It was during his enlistment that he first began helping members of the military who had been injured. Marvin completed his active duty orthotics training at Wilford Hall Medical Center in Texas. He continued his clinical education receiving his BOC certification in 1998, and then his ABC credentials as a Certified Orthotist in 2005. Also during this time Marvin married and became the proud father of both a son and a daughter. He comes to The Center with over 20 years of experience in orthopedic bracing (arm, leg, neck, and spine). |




Marci is an A.B.C. Certified Prosthetist. Since 1980, she has been caring for persons with limb loss, and providing them with customized prosthetic restorations designed to meet their individual needs and lifestyles.
Phil, C.O., has been in continuous practice for 24 years. He received his initial schooling through the Air Force Orthotic Technician Program in 1983 at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. After fulfilling his military obligation, he moved to Savannah, Georgia to help develop a budding thermoplastics division of a popular local provider. After graduating from Armstrong State University in Savannah, he moved to Knoxville, Tennessee to oversee all eastern-region orthotic production for a national provider of orthotics and prosthetics.
Kevin is an A.B.C. certified prosthetist graduating in 1993 and acquiring his certification in 1994. During his schooling he performed his clinical at the VA hospital in Minneapolis, MN and at the Gillette Children's Hospital in St.Paul, MN. After graduation he worked for a privately owned company in San Diego, CA before moving to central PA, in 1996.
Dean is a local kid, growing up in York Township. He graduated from York Vo-Tech and after high school, he spent the next seven years with Uncle Sam in the U.S. Army. Then he spent 17 years working in the manufacturing of pottery.
Currently the office manager of "The Center", Rose has a degree in accounting and over 20 years of experience in management and accounting services. She is the behind-the-scenes person in keeping the business running smoothly.
